Selamat Hari Raya Maaf Zahir Batin

Before I say anything else, please drive carefully. If you are on the N-S Hiway bring along your own food and drinks because the rest areas will be jammed. You will save some time and maybe plenty heartache too.


I hope Plus will set up extra portable toilets at the rest areas. Before Raya, north bound Bidor, Tapah and Kuala Kangsar are prime candidates. South bound Air Keroh, Tangkak etc. After Raya same places but switch direction. The queues are too long.


Travelling late at nite is also a good idea - the N-S highway is safe. Thank you Dr Mahathir.


This shall be my last post until 23 September 2009, Insya Allah. I may just update any comments if I have the chance.


My wife and I run our business and we close only twice in a year ie three days for Hari Raya Puasa and one day for Hari Raya Haji.


This is the only time of the year when we get to really travel anywhere as a family. So my wife, our two young men, daughter and me are off for our annual holiday lah. Tak jauh, just to the Sulu Sea for a few days.


I got the following Ucapan Hari Raya from the Net. I thought it suits us Bloggers very well cos we do talk a lot and say many things. All in good spirit. But do read the "Kad Raya" anyway (from P Ramlee?) :






Having reproduced that, please allow me to wish everyone my own Selamat Hari Raya. The 'Selamat' is so very important.


Semoga diri-diri kita selamat, semoga anak isteri semuanya selamat, semoga seisi keluarga kita selamat, semoga rumahtangga kita selamat, semoga jiran dan sahabat kita yang dekat dan jauh semua selamat, semoga semua rakyat kita seluruh Malaysia senantiasa selamat, semoga negara kita Malaysia Tanah Air Suci yang tercinta juga senantiasa selamat.
