Well, the European efforts to address the global warming is paying off. Now, they will convince the world to address global cooling instead.
Start warming the world before countries along the Equator freezes over.

Drop in the enrollments of scientific discipline could be link to this misunderstanding "NO GLOBAL WARMING THIS YEAR".
Extreme "weather they are changing".....a catchy addon to Bob Dylan line ...Extreme winter or fall or summer are the symptoms of GLOBAL WARMING not the disappearing of global warming.!
