Amanat Norman Fernandez, Deputy Chairman, DAP Johor.

PAS IS NO LONGER A VIABLE PARTNER FOR PAKATAN RAKYAT AND FOR NON MUSLIMS.

The latest decision by PAS led government's restrictions on public performances during Chinese New Year including a ban on female performances should be ample proof and a sober reminder to all  Muslims that PAS is a real danger to Non-Muslim.

In recent months Malaysians and particularly Non-Muslims have witnessed a sampling of what life under PAS would be, from

i. the apprehending Non-Muslims for Khalwat
ii. the harassment and issuing summonses against unisex hair salons
iii. opposing cinemas
iv. objecting the sale of liquor and demanding curtailing the sale of alcohol
v. not allowed to wish Christians Merry Christmas
vi. flip-flop on the right to Non-Muslims and Christians to use "Allah".

PAS has not changed and PAS remains uncompromising, unrelenting in its goal to achieve its final agenda. It wants to impose its brand of Islam and Ketuanan Islam on Non-Muslims.

The question for Non-Muslims and Non-Muslim voters is simple : Are you prepared for a life under PAS ?

PAS slogan "PAS For All" is now exposed as nothing but  fraudulent and deceitful ploy for the votes of Non Muslims.

Non-Muslims will pay a heavy price if they continue to believe that PAS is an alternative. To continue to support and vote PAS is not only a folly but may turn out be an unmitigated disaster for Non-Muslims and their generations to come. Are Non-Muslims prepared to gamble their future and the future of their children.

The recent events in Egypt must be a reminder to Non-Muslims. There, the peoples revolution was hijacked by Islamist and having taken power, the Islamist have moved to subjugate Non-Muslims and Non-Muslims are fast losing their rights and identity in Islamist Egypt. Is this what Non-Muslims want.

DAP can no longer be an apologist for PAS and must not be a complicit to PAS evil plans.

DAP must realise that PAS is no longer an honest and viable partner of Pakatan Rakyat and must be courageous to admit it. In 1999, DAP took a courageous stand and once again DAP must take a stand.

Norman Fernandez
Deputy Chairman
DAP Johor.

Sooner or later the `ketuanan kristian` will run this Malay nation if all the Malays are not careful in this coming GE13. Once PR rule, the entire nation will be managed like SingaPORK! by DAPpork...

one scholar quote this '.. religion based on politics will create conflicts..'

surah Al-kafirun, line 6 ' you have your religion and i have mine'

we should not encroach on other ppl belief.

Can u imagine if non-muslims give rulings on muslims, how to dress, how to behave??? Muslims uproar!!..

Nobody is an 'island', we must able to live with other ppl.

Look at the situation of muslims today.

- Islamists want to overthrow Muslim Government.

-muslims fight/quarrel with muslims

-muslims fight/quarrel with non-muslims

-liberal muslims vs conservative

-this sect vs another sect

PAS has gone nuts, head too big no serban can contain it's growth. As for DAP, sad to say, LGE's head have similar growth. His comrades need to pray to the Tokong or else he will show no mercy. Then as for UMNO, this lady sharifah is doing a proper job to damage to an already damaged goods in our education system.

Our politicians are really dumb and embarassing.

perkasa Biru,

Bro, don't be so paranoid la. There is no ketuanan Kristian, JEw, Buddhist, etc out to get any muslims. Whoever rules, just keep religion as a personal space and not in our faces all the time. But I am sure you have a conspiracy theory for that too.

This Fernandez joker is just trying to make a name for himself -- just like that PAS clown making thes stupid comments. Party elections in PAS soon? DAP elections are over.

Keep calm and get rid of BN. They are the problem.DSAI will be ok.

I say Norman, just because you are a non-muslim you are only concern with the non-muslims in Malaysia. I thought DAP is a multiracial/multireligion party.

Do you know that PAS is also a danger to muslims? In fact the danger is more to muslims as PAS is like "musuh dalam selimut" for us.

Pas is not a reliable party to every right thinking Malaysians. Just look at the flip flopping stance of their leaders over the ALLAH issue. This party is another form of Muslim Brotherhood and will surely do what the Brotherhood are doing in Egypt. Once on power, with the support of DAP and PKR, Pas will show its true colour; more radical policies will be introduced which will make the present ones look like child play

strange, in the 60s,70s we can call each others.. china kui( chinese devil), malai kui or keling and ppl dont get offended, now they r a taboo and after 60 years , we getting more intolerant.

as somebody say, we should cast out religious bigots, then harmony will set in

This election I would advise voters to look at the candidates, not the party. If the candidato be religious fanatic, I would rather vote for the other candidate. Let say PAS is the devil and BN is the deep blue sea, I would choose the latter because I would have a chance to survive by swimming in the deep blue sea but in facing the devil, there is no turning back and I would be devoured by the devil. Between a religious fanatic and a corrupt candidate, I would rather opt for the latter because once a religious guy takes power, he would remain unchallenged in the guise of God's commands! In the case of a corrupt candidate, there would always be a sword of Damocles over the head of corrupt.

Secretly, all these ragheads have the intention of making malaysia an islamic state. They are a patient lot, they will do and say anthing to achieve their goal. If the non-malay falls for their moderate views and statements, they have no one to blame except themselves. The consequences can be seen in Egypt.
Take it as BN scare tactics or whatever,
You non-malays have been warned.

DAP and PAS are strange bedfellow, their ideology differ by miles but on pakatan front, they r like abang adik, drinking tek tarik together

Norman, just out of curiosity, do you use Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet at home or at your office?

Someone told me Tokong Lim used the wrong CAT version. Should have been DOG version - dark, opaque and gag

For Bersih's sake, did you not demand recounting or reelection of DAP CEC?

As for PAS, as we always said, "we told you so". But then again, how about the sensitivity of muslims on kalimah Allah, dressings, drinking, bettings, etc. and how about corruption in DAP?

Somebody from some party may had invested tons of monies for balak in Pedu. Somehow, maybe, that's the reason for that some party to keep quiet by the act of the other party.

"dap must know pas is not a viable partner...", i say mister, stop playing blank lar, please, that is how dap divide the malay votes by pitching them against each other. what dap knew their stand in 1999? dap tried to do the same thing back then by 'align aka sleep' with pas and lost badly because chinese generation back then wont fall for such scheme.
