- Two escaped detainees shot dead in Bukit Mertajam (Update)
- Two of the seven detainees shot dead at Kampung Padang Ibu in Bukit Mertajam.
- tip-off that the two suspects were spotted in a car in the Kubang Semang area about 12.30pm.
- “car skidded into river. Both men alighted and one of them, Mohd Fairus Adam, 31, opened fire
- “The police officers shot back and both suspects were hit,”
- The other suspect who was shot dead was Mohd Noor Ahmad Mustafa, aged 28.
If the Police escort had done their duty then this tragedy would not have happened. Seven detainees escaped from the Police escort by faking a fight and throwing maggi mee powder on the faces of the Policemen. We sometimes see this on tv - in the funnier movies.
This is not the first time that detainees have escaped quite easily from Police custody, especially while under escort. Now there are calls that detainees should be handcuffed behind their backs. Anyone can slip their handcuffed hands under their legs.
Detainees and prisoners will attempt to escape if they see weaknesses or loopholes in the system. Constant vigilance is a good solution.

Most mornings I encounter a Black Maria with a patrol car escort with blaring sirens and flashing lights dashing through chocker block traffic along MRR2. I remarked to my friend that they must be rushing detainees to the courthouse, and added that they are privaleged people, as against us commoners. Why can't they get the prisoners up early to go for the cases? I asked. He replied, the detainees can get up early, the cops can't!
dont worry nanti all those BAR dungus and some dungus NGOs will bark that police is evil n ruthles... i hope that buggers will get rob or kill or rape then im sure they want the to kill the criminal..

polis menghampiri orang yg di syaki. tiba2 orang yang di syaki menyerang polis dgn pistol, parang dan bom tangan. polis berjaya mengelak lalu membalas tembakan dan berjaya menembak mati penjenayah tersebut. polis jugak menjumpai mesingan, meriam katak dan kapal selam di dalam boot kereta penjenayah tersebut. wakakaka..masih ramai orang perchaya ada orang boleh berjalan atas ayer
Syed, this is a problem of "orang kita" so no need tight security "lah." Not very ,long ago houses in the kampongs were not broken into. You could leave your doors and windows wide opened. But what now? Grandmothers in the kampongs also get raped !!!! The solution is , follow procedures !

apakah kesimpulannya : mereka adalah rasis tegar. mereka benci kpd melayu dan islam. kalau melayu mati dia tak peduli. kalau india atau china mati, dia nak tuduh melayu pula. tapi bile pembunuh itu pun bangsa mereka juga, habislah stim mereka. semua diam.
Handcuffed ? Then the NGO Hak Asasi Manusia will surely claims "police brutality" la Tuan Syed. Ask the SUARAM, Hari Ram, Jaya Ram, Gopal Ram to help the police to escort the criminals to the court la. That's the safest way!
