On (PKR's) manifesto, which promised free domestic consumption water supply to every Selangor resident but did not state whether bulk and personal meters would be used, Abdul Khalid said: “It is a manifesto and not a promise.”
So Khalid Ibrahim the Menteri Besar of Selangor is saying that the Pakatan's manifesto was NOT a promise. This means it has a value that is worth less than recycled toilet paper (this is an old Jewish joke ok). They can say anything they want in their manifesto. Why? Because they do not intend to live up to what they say. Why? Because it is not a promise. It is just a manifesto.
It is just designed to fool people. Folks I checked up the meaning of the word 'manifesto.' This is what it means :

Yahoo Education says : A public declaration of principles, policies, or intentions, especially of a political nature.
That's what I thought so too. (Saya dah belajar sampai university tau). And its a fair description : publicly declaring your principles and policies, making your position known to the whole world, putting yourself on record. Why? So that the whole world will know what exactly are your principles. People will know what you will do for them.

But when he says to everyone that his manifesto is not a promise, Khalid is basically saying that he has no principles. Also known as 'not having any scruples'. Being unscrupulous. Now to all you Pakatan supporters out there who cannot think, here is some shock treatment to wake you up. What will you say if it is UMNO who said the same thing in public? What if UMNO had said :
i. 'what we say is not written in stone'
ii. what we say we will deliver are not promises.
iii. we can say one thing today and do something else tomorrow
iv. we will just say we will deliver this, but we may not really deliver it at all
v. our promises are evolving, they are not set in stone
wont you all scream and jump like monkeys and accuse UMNO of telling lies and misleading the people? Please be honest ok. You will accuse UMNO of 'cakap tak serupa biklin'.
But "cakap tak serupa bikin" has now become the official policy of the Pakatan Rakyat's Manifesto.
About your manifesto, Khalid Ibrahim says, “It is a manifesto and not a promise.” Tian Chua says the manifesto, "continues to evolve, and is not set in stone".
Folks, there is only one way they can get away with this type of bull - their supporters aint got nothing between their ears. If you are a Pakatan supporter I am referring to you lah. I just hope your numbers keep decreasing.

Saya tidak akan mengundi BN. THEY HAVE MADE A MESS of the pti situation. Top leaders like mahadir had a hand in the mess, corruption is rampant and the AG does nothing about any of those! Something need to be done but nothing is coming from thr bn govt. They are even pointing to others for the mess they made. There's nothing good in the leaders of bn apart from them being all loaded, that they should be retained. Out vote them and send them to court.
