• Adil Rashid admitted travelling to Nottingham and having sex with the girl 
• He met the 13-year-old on Facebook and they communicated by texts and phone for two months before they met
• He was educated in a madrassa and 'had little experience of women'
• he had been taught 'women are no more worthy than a lollipop that has been dropped on the ground'
• Added he was reluctant to have sex but that he was 'tempted by [the girl]'

A muslim who raped a 13-year-old girl he groomed on Facebook has been spared a prison sentence after a (British) judge heard he went to an Islamic faith school (madrassa) where he was taught that women are worthless.

Adil Rashid, 18, claimed he was not aware that it was illegal for him to have sex with the girl because his education left him ignorant of British law.

Yesterday Judge Michael Stokes handed Rashid a suspended sentence, saying: ‘Although chronologically 18, it is quite clear from the reports that you are very naive and immature when it comes to sexual matters.’

Earlier Nottingham Crown Court heard that such crimes usually result in a four to seven-year prison sentence.  But the judge said that because Rashid was ‘passive’ and ‘lacking assertiveness’, sending him to jail might cause him ‘more damage than good’.

Rashid, from Birmingham, admitted he had sex with the girl, saying he had been ‘tempted by her’ after they met online.

They initially exchanged messages on Facebook before sending texts and chatting on the phone over a two-month period.  They then met up in Nottingham, where Rashid had booked a room at a Premier Inn.

The girl told police they stayed at the hotel for two hours and had sex after Rashid went to the bathroom and emerged wearing a condom.

Rashid then returned home and went straight to a mosque to pray !!

 

Madrassa educated rapist wears a beard

He was arrested the following week after the girl confessed what had happened to a school friend, who informed one of her teachers.  He told police he knew the girl was 13 but said he was initially reluctant to have sex before relenting after being seduced.

Earlier the court heard how Rashid had ‘little experience of women’ due to his education at an Islamic school in the UK, which cannot be named for legal reasons.

After his arrest, he told a psychologist that he did not know having sex with a 13-year-old was against the law. The court heard he found it was illegal only when he was informed by a family member.

In other interviews with psychologists, Rashid claimed he had been taught in his school that ‘women are no more worthy than a lollipop that has been dropped on the ground’.

When Judge Stokes said Rashid ‘must have known it was illegal, unless he was going round with his eyes shut’, defence lawyer Laban Leake said reports suggested Rashid had a ‘degree of sexual naivety’.

‘The school he attended, it is not going too far to say, can be described as a closed community and on this occasion this was perpetuated by his home life.

‘It is not too far to say that he may not have known that having sex with a 13-year-old girl was illegal.’ Judge Stokes sentenced Rashid to nine months youth custody, suspended for two years, along with a two-year probation supervision order.

My comments : Mati akal lah saya. Macam ini punya kes pun ada ke? I am perplexed by this statement :  Rashid then returned home and went straight to a mosque to pray !!

I keep telling you folks, these madrassa graduates are really screwed up. This boy was a UK madrassa student. 

During the investigation into his raping the 13 year old girl, the boy said he learnt the following in the madrassa :

• he was taught that women are worthless
• women are no more worthy than a lollipop that has been dropped on the ground
• returned home and went straight to a mosque to pray

After raping the 13 year old girl he went straight to the mosque to pray. Wow! That would wash away the rape? 

Folks this is not the first time I am hearing something of this sort. After that 'saya pemimpin Islam' fellow had his liason with that other fellow's wife he told her to go home and pray to "tebus dosa".  So she would go home, mandi and pray. Born again.  This is what their strange "religion" teaches them.

Jangan nak argue lah brader anak setan. Hangpa punya kahwin mutaah, kahwin misyar semua lebih kurang serupa juga lah. This is your satanic teaching.  You cannot find this in the Quran.

You want to rape a 13 year old, you want to kahwin mutaah or kahwin misyar go ahead. After that you want to go and pray in the mosque to "wash your sin" itu you punya pasal. Please dont blame it on Islam. This is what happens when you obey the setan. You become one as well. 

US Navy/Marines Messing Around Mindanao/Sabah

Here is a funny picture. It is also a disastrous situation for the coral reef.  That is a US Navy minesweeper which ran aground on the reef in the Sulu Sea and seriously damaged the corals.  

The Tubbataha Coral Reef in the Sulu Sea, just off the coast of Palawan is not far from the Royal Commission of Inquiry in Sabah. That is a wooden hulled US Navy minesweeper that sailed right onto the reef. The Tubbataha Reefs have been declared a World Heritage site.

The Phillipine Navy had radioed the captain of the minesweeper to leave the area because it was a Phillippine National Marine Park. But the US Navy captain replied arrogantly 'Talk to the US Embassy'.  A few minutes later the ship collided with the reef and got stuck on it. Padan muka.

We have snorkled and swum around similar reefs in the area of the Sulu Sea (Sipadan, Mabul, Kapalai, Selingan etc). They are unbelievably beautiful. On the shallow reef itself the water can be only five to 15 feet deep. At the edge of the reef the sea depth falls off vertically to 2400 feet.  This is what happened to the US Navy minesweeper - the ship was sailing in deep water and then suddenly bumped onto the reef.

The ship's wooden hull is seriously damaged. Now they are planning to cut the ship into pieces and take it away. Here is the news :

• Unable to tow the minesweeper USS Guardian off a reef in the Philippines, the Navy has decided that the only way to free the ship without causing further damage to the reef is to cut the ship into pieces.
• Avenger class minesweeper USS Guardian ran aground on Tubbataha Reef the night of Jan. 17 
• The ship's wooden hull - covered in fiberglass - is punctured and parts of the ship have been flooded. As part of the salvage effort the 15,000 gallons of diesel fuel aboard the Guardian were transferred to a Malaysian tug contracted by the Navy. Other materials that might damage the reef have also been removed including : 671 gallons of lubricating oil; dry food stores; paints and solvents contained in storage lockers;  

Ok so what was this ship doing in the area? The Battle of Leyte ended 68 years ago in 1944 (during WW2).  Looks like the US Navy is still cruising around what is obviously Phillipine territorial waters. This is what happens if your country is weak, you dont have a strong Government and you are not too clever.  The big powers will stomp all over your coral reefs.

There is a substantial US Naval presence in the southern Phillipines. There is a temporary but permanent US Marine battalion based in places like Zamboanga City. Here is news from the Brunei Times dated 2008 that is still relevant :

US Marines in Mindanao

So why are the US Marines still hanging around the southern Phillipines? Are they still flushing out the Abu Sayyaf? I thought a peace agreement has been signed between the Bangsamoro and the Phillipine government which was brokered by Malaysia.  

Or is the US running weapons into the area - to whichever rebel faction they are supporting now. You know, just to keep things boiling a little. You can never know. The Taliban in Afghanistan was created entirely with US assistance. Lets not forget that ok.

Is this why there is increased religious polarisation in Sabah - especially coming out of the American evangelical funded christian churches? Just thinking aloud. Be careful.

They are actually eyeing the Chinese presence in the South China Sea.  It is all about containing China.

6/28/2011 :  The navies of the United States and the Philippines on Tuesday begun joint military exercises in the Sulu Sea amidst regional tensions triggered by territorial rivalries in the South China Sea (SCS) between Manila and Beijing

This is their real motive now. Things like the recent peace agreement between the Bangsamoro and the Phillippine government that was brokered by our Prime Minister Najib Tun Razak are not exactly part of the American game plan. They dont like peace too much.  

If there is too much peace everywhere, the US Marines will not have anything to do. That is not a good thing for them. It is therefore in their interests if there is trouble in "disposable" countries like the Phillipines and also Malaysia which they can then leverage  to justify their continued military presence.  They like to stir things up.  Be careful.

Folks, the militants who are shooting the polio vaccine workers study in the same Pakistani madrassahs where the PAS people in Malaysia are sending their children to study religion. Kamaruddin Jaafar of PAS has made a public statement that they will continue sending their students to these madrassahs in Pakistan. 

So dont laugh at the Pakistanis too much. One day, these Pakistani madrassah educated ostats are going to come back here and start teaching the same weird stuff - polio vaccines are a Jewish conspiracy, CIA conspiracy etc.

If Fisherman Goes To The United Nations

Anwar Ibrahim is cancelling his 'Jelajah' program in Terengganu which was scheduled for early February. He is also pulling out of Permatang Pauh. Feedback is if he stands in Permatang Pauh, he will have to sit down quickly. 

So he may be going to a Chinese majority seat in Penang and become the terompah kayu of the DAP.   It is possible that even in a Chinese majority seat he will still lose.  The real story is whether Anwar wins or loses does not matter.  The pas-pis-pus are determined that their Fisherman shall be the Prime Minister.

The Dumbing Down Of The DAP's PAP

Well there are similarities between the DAP and the PAP. Both of them talk down to the people and they think they know what is best for you better than you. If you dont agree with what they think is better for you then they will sue you, place gag orders on you, kick you out, suspend you and all sorts of other really stupid behaviour.

The Singaporeans (like many Chinese in Penang) are really tired of the PAP  and DAP talking down to them.

And they themselves are not angels either. The by election happened in East Punggol after the PAP candidate was forced to resign after a sex scandal. Ha ha ha. 

There have also been other sex related corruption scandals in Singapore like the National University of Singapore professor who gave higher grades for sexual favours, and that very high ranking Singapore Army fellow who demanded sexual favours for some IT contracts or something. 

Just like the DAP here. They can stitch up their CEC Election results to fake a Malay from a Chinese. No questions to be asked. They passed a completely unconstitutional law to curb democracy (their so called anti hopping law). When one of their own DAP members opposed it, they promptly suspended him for six months.  This is Gangnam DAP style. 

Their members have also negotiated 10,000 acres of land in Kelantan from their political allies. When others do the same things they scream corruption. When they do it, it is called a business transaction. Banyak cantik.

The PAP's loss in Singapore shows that the people are fed up with the 'holier than thou' complex that they have.  You really need a more human touch. You have to listen to the people. The days of "Government knows best are over" - here is the guy who said this.  He is the Prime Minister of Malaysia.

And here is another picture. This was the MCA's dinner and ceramah in Penang yesterday. 5000 people attended the dinner. Full house. Chua Soi Lek is doing a good job of reaching out to our Chnese folks.  This is Penang ok. There is plenty of delicious food in Penang. People dont come here because they are starving or because its a free dinner (at least not everyone). The DAP also organises free makan.  This crowd is making a statement. You have to get down and listen to the people.

In modern European society, the role of their remaining monarchs is coming under greater criticism. The Europeans have long ago matured and broken away from any identifying with their royals. In today's Europe the concept of bloodlines and pedigrees are more popular among kennel associations.  

So today their royals get all dressed up with really nowhere to go. Maybe have their pictures taken. 

Looking at the debate in Holland, many modern Dutch see their royals as a shackle that still ties them to  a  less modern history - of a vague sanguis regalis  (royal blood), then maybe after Oliver Cromwell's les majeste against Charles Ist, of  'primus inter pares' (first among equals). Cromwell chopped off the head of King Charles Ist for treason. 

Now even the idea of 'primus inter pares' or first among equals is dying a logical death in Europe.

It was bound to happen. The pas-pis-pus has fired their former Deputy President Nasharudin Mat Isa from the Majlis Syura of PAS. Tin sadin himself chaired the meeting that fired him. I think the next step is they will fire him from PAS entirely. 

Nasa is another PAS leader who has had a change of heart about PAS' homophilic relationship with Anwar Ibrahim ever since the Sodomy 2 Trial involving Coffee Boy.  That trial has really changed many peoples' perceptions including YB Zulkifli Noordin of Kulim.

Nasharudin seems unfazed that he has been fired. This picture below could partly be the reason. Thats Nasa standing right beside PM Najib  in the Gaza recently, paying their respects at the spot where Hamas rocket commander Ahmad Jibril was killed by an Israeli missile.  The rest of the guys in the picture are mostly Salafis.

Prior to this, Nasa appeared beside PM Najib at this meeting with the Saudis in Mecca. Those are Salafis too. They are all over the place. Nasa appears with PM Najib all over the place too.

Dont play politics with the Malays.

49 Dead In Egypt. Just Another Day

Egypt declares state of emergency in three cities

• Violence flaring up around country kills 49 people; Egyptian president enacts Mubarak-style executive power in Ismailia, Suez, Port Said in attempt to sooth opposition, cool tempers.
• CAIRO, Jan 28 (Reuters) - Egyptian President Mohamed Morsi declared a month-long state of emergency in three cities along the Suez Canal where dozens of people have been killed over the past four days in protests his allies say are designed to overthrow him.
• Seven people were shot dead and hundreds were injured in Port Said on Sunday during the funerals of 33 people killed there when locals angered by a court decision went on the rampage as anti-government protests spread around the country.
• In Cairo the newly appointed Interior Minister Mohamed Ibrahim was ejected from the funeral of one of the police officers who died during Saturday's clashes in Port Said, according to witnesses and police sources.
• A police officer at the funeral said many of his colleagues blame the interior minister for the deaths of at least two policemen during Saturday's clashes as he did not allow the police there to carry weapons and were only given teargas bombs.
• Protesters say Morsi has betrayed the revolution's aims.
• "None of the revolution's goals have been realized," said Mohamed Sami, a protester in Cairo's Tahrir Square, the cauldron of the uprising that erupted on Jan. 25, 2011 and toppled Mubarak 18 days later.
• "Prices are going up. The blood of Egyptians is being spilt in the streets because of neglect and corruption and because the Muslim Brotherhood is ruling Egypt for their own interests."

French Retake Timbuktu

Here is an Al Jazeera news video. The French have retaken Timbuktu in Mali from rebel jihadists. 

The 3000 odd French troops have conducted a lightning campaign across a country which is about 500,000 sq. miles in size (24th largest country in the world) and is larger than Egypt. 

And here is the interesting point - over the past two weeks the French have not lost even one soldier and neither has any French soldier been injured in the fighting.  (A sole 41 year old French helicopter pilot was killed by rifle fire before the main assault began).  This goes to show the superb training of the French especially the French Foreign Legion and the 2nd Marine Regiment who were on the front lines.

It also goes to show the total ineptitude and stupidity of these so called jihadis. Their jihad is only succesful when it is carried out against women, children, unarmed civilians and old men. That is where their bravery in jihad really comes from. 

When faced with properly trained troops, the jihadis become the cowards which all of them really are. I have noticed that cowardice and the jihadis seem to go hand in hand.  Before this circa 2000 the PAS used to taunt the UMNO boys that they were not willing to embark on jihad (in Palestine).

At that time I was working for Tokpa who was Ketua Penerangan UMNO. So one day we prepared a Press statement that the PAS leaders should set the example themselves by going to jihad in Palestine (the issue that was current at that time). It immediately shut them up.  None of them spoke about going for jihad in Palestine anymore.

I have a suggestion. Why not the PAS supporters get together and collect money for a Tabung Jihad Afghanistan, Chechnya, Iraq etc  and send as many PAS leaders and supporters as possible away to jihad in those countries. Lets see how many of them will volunteer. Do you think any of these perut buncits, muka melekit-lekit will volunteer to go for jihad anywhere? Are they prepared to leave behind their bini muda, second wife and third wife to go on jihad? I dont think so. They are not even prepared to leave their bini tua.

This is the real situation with these jihadi monkeys who have been torturing women, children and civilians in Mali.  They are deviants and they have wandered far away from Islam. There is no return for them.

DAP Eyed Prince?

• Anthony Loke spoken to him on the matter twice 
• “Loke came up to me and asked me to approach Tunku Zain Al-'Abidin
• “He asked me to organise a dinner but the prince declined offer,” 
• Loke asked him to speak to the prince for a second time 
• Loke said “matter discussed in private and should have remained in private”.

Oh well its no big deal really.  From time to time the DAP does go out and try to recruit high profile but simple minded Malays to serve as wallpaper. Once co-opted these Malays are shoved somewhere in the corner to fill the DAP's bumi quota.

The only exceptions to this rule are the Chinese Malays. By hook or by crook, the Chinese  Malays get booted up. The recent case seems to be more by crook than by hook.

Anyway this news from Negeri Sembilan comes as a bit of a shocker because to the understanding of the Bloggers (that I know) the DAP was slated to field Tengku Razaleigh Hamzah's right hand man Aspan Alias (who joined the DAP last year) as their candidate for Menteri Besar of Negeri Sembilan. Why did the DAP decide to recruit a prince instead? What then becomes of poor Aspan Alias? Here is a picture of Aspan.

I have met Aspan and no matter what his politics are Aspan Alias is a gentleman par excellence. Salam bro. He is also not a 'simple Malay' at all. Aspan thinks pretty well and  has new ideas in his head. 

Maybe that is why the DAP has decided to give Aspan the pass - he may become too clever and unwieldy to handle. He may start using his own mind and not listen to the DAP. 

This is the same reason why the DAP could not get along with Tunku Abdul Aziz Ibrahim. From annointing him a 'Towering Malay' they suddenly began to criticise and mock him. They couldnt handle the fact that their 'Towering Malay' had a mind of his own and that he would even refuse an RM50,000 stipend (which many called a bribe) which was offered to Tunku Aziz if he remained in the DAP. 

The DAP possibly still has in mind the Stamford Raffles way of dealing with the Malay royals. Here is the Wikipedia :

"Upon learning of these Johor political tensions, Raffles made a deal with Hussein Shah. Their agreement stated that the British would acknowledge Hussein Shah as the legitimate ruler of Johor, and thus Tengku Hussein and the Temenggung would receive a yearly stipend from the British. In return, Tengku Hussein would allow Raffles to establish a trading post in Singapore. This treaty was ratified on 6 February 1819"

Obviously the DAP is looking to strike these type of simple deals.  Hence the nocturnal  assignment given to Anthony Loke.

The DAP may also have a larger motive against the entire institution of the constitutional monarchy in this country. The monarchy (aka the Malay royals) are above politics and should remain so. 

According to our Constitutional demarcation, the royal houses are given a stipend from the public purse (irrespective of whether they need it or not). They also enjoy other privileges from their State legislatures over which they still have considerable influence.  Their rights cannot be questioned and is protected among other things by the Sedition Act.  

The Sedition Act has recently been abolished but it will be replaced by another act which will most likely provide the same protection for the sovereign royals - those royals who can become Rulers. The idea is to preserve the aura of sacrosanctness which the Malays still have for the royals. The royals still occupy the core of Malay tradition.  The Malay identity still rests with the institution of the Malay royalty.

It is a convention thus far that our sovereign royals will stay out of the fray of partisan politics.   In the rough and tough, rumble and tumble  of the political arena, lines can get crossed which can dent the cover provided by the Sedition Act.  The reality of being red blooded may get exposed. If the sovereign royals get involved in politics with the commoners they risk losing the aura of sacrosanctness. If the aura is breached it could elicit a different mindset.  

The DAP's ostensible inability to appreciate such subtleties may be due either to their New Village ignorance or a more deliberate callousness to provoke the issue. 

Sunday Lite : Poo Kanan Poo Kiri, Prepaid Hiway Apa Sudah Jadi ?

Does anyone remember this little caper? In May 2012 the pas-pis-pus announced that they were going to build their own toll-free four lane highway from Kota Bharu to Kuala Krai.  

(Before I go any further I think the Federal Gomen should and MUST build a four lane highway not just to Kota Bharu but all the way to the Thai border and also across Kelantan from Kota Bharu to Jeli and hook up with the East - West Highway. This is our country - lets set politics aside and build the infrastructure that is so necessary to move the people of Kelantan to the same level as everyone else.)

Back to pas-pis-pus, they then asked people to make donations to build this "toll free" highway. So, siapa nak dapat kunci plastik masuk syurga boleh lah derma banyak-banyak.  This meant that it was a "pre-paid highway". The people paid for it upfront. The pas-pis-pus even came out with this huge poster of tin sadin asking for the money :

First of all the poster says that a 'pecah tanah' ceremony for the prepaid highway would be held on Monday 28th May, 2012. That was eight months ago. So what has happened to the prepaid highway? If there was a "pecah tanah" already, how far has the prepaid highway progressed since then? They have collected money from people. What happened to all that money? Penyokong pas-pis-pus tak peduli lagi ke? 

Now please note this part carefully.  Tin sadin says in the poster : 'Sumbangan rakyat jelata sebagai wakaf amat dialu-alukan.'  Here it is again. 

Now please also note the bank account number that has been provided for people to channel their money. Its a Bank Islam account number. 

Here is an old blogpost by one Ibrahim Baba's Blog titled :   Ke Mana Pergi Derma Untuk Tabung Lebuhraya Rakyat KB-KK?.  You can click on the title to read the full post.  The Blog post points out that the bank account holder's name that had been advertised on the poster (Baldah Toyyibah Kelantan Sdn Bhd) was not the same as the bank account holder's name that appeared on the ATM Machines. The bank account holder that appeared on the ATM was Tetuan Rowstead Systems Sdn Bhd. (Rowstead sounds like a Jewish name as well?) Here is a picture of the ATM Machine screen from Ibrahim Baba's Blog :

So what is going on here? Tin sadin advertised an Islamic sounding name (Baldah Toyyibah etc) in their poster but on the ATM screen it is a Jewish type name Rowstead (I know lah - I am just having my fun saying the name sounds Jewish. It is Sunday ok - an off day. Boleh lah joking sikit. No offence meant to any Jews ok).

The blogpost ends by asking is this going to be another Tabung Memali situation - you know where the Jin Toyol made off with the money collected under the Tabung Memali.   "Adakah peristiwa Tabung Memali akan berulang ?"

My questions are these :

• how much money has been collected by pas-pis-pus for this 'pre-paid' highway project? 
• since the "pecah tanah" was held on 28 May, 2012, how far has the highway project progressed?
• if the project has been stopped, then when are they going to refund the money to the donors?
• if they dont want to refund the money, what has happened to the money?
• what is the total cost of Package 1 (43 km Machang to Kuala Krai)?
• is there enough money to complete the project?
• who is the contractor?
• ini ikut sistem open tender ke atau sistem open pintu belakang ke macam mana?

Someone in Kelantan should be raising all these questions. Poo kanan poo kiri, prepaid highway apa sudah jadi?

Sunday Hot : PAS Scheming In Permatang Pauh

Well, well as the stomach churns.  Here is something hot. Anwar Ibrahim is really thinking of leaving Permatang Pauh and trying his luck in a Chinese majority constituency. And yes that will make Anwar highly in debt to the DAP because there is no Chinese majority constituency that will vote for him unless the DAP helps to campaign for Anwar Ibrahim.

Here is the scoop on what is really happening in Permatang Pauh. The constituency has about 67% Malay voters. And in the past years (since 1998) when his wife Wan Azizah and then Anwar himself (post Sungei Buloh) won the Permatang Pauh seat, the PAS guys campaigned the most for Anwar (and Wan Azizah). It was the PAS voters in Permatang Pauh who have been securing the seat for Anwar.  The PAS machinery went out full swing for Anwar. 

Well that is not going to be the case now. Feedback is that the PAS folks are planning an Ubah Gangnam style for Anwar in Permatang Pauh. They are not going to come out and campaign for him like they did before. Talk is they may swing their machinery the other way. If they do that, Anwar will lose.

The PAS really wants this fisherman in the picture below to become their next Prime Minister. What better chance than if Anwar Ibrahim loses in Permatang Pauh and is not a Member of Parliament. If he is not an MP then of course Anwar cannot be leader of the Opposition or the next PM. 

If the Pakatan wins a majority of seats in PRU13, then Fisherman's Friend here will become Prime Minister. Very clever. Havent I said it a hundred times, 'dont play politics with the Malays'. (And according to court testimony Anwar Ibrahim has more Tamil DNA in him.) 

If Anwar gets shafted with an Ubah Gangnam style in Permatang Pauh, then case closed. There will be no more tussle between Anwar Ibrahim and Fisherman's Friend for the PM's post. The PAS need not say anything anymore. No more argument. 

And if I have heard about this and you have heard about this now, well Anwar is also fully informed about this.  This is among the reasons why Anwar gave that interview to Sinar Harian that he "may be invited to contest in other constituencies". Invited my foot. He is going to get 'Gangnam'-ed real bad.

If Anwar's throat is getting dry over this, then someone get him one of these. This one you must pop in the mouth. 

If he needs something stronger, industrial strength,  then try this flavour.

Saturday Lite : Ungrateful _$#@_d Has Two Porsches And Two Thoroughbred Horses?

Boleh tahan juga. The hot blog Stop The Lies carried two stories about a character called Tommy Thomas.

Tommy Thomas is an Indian lawyer who has written an article about why he will not vote for the BN.  Among other things he has said  that the BN is corrupt, oppressive, does not provide opportunities and a few other things. 

Stop The Lies Blog has carried two replies to Tommy Thomas. Here is a gist of both. You can click on the links to read the full posts.  

1. Tommy Thomas, Felled by His Flawed Arguments

• After reading Tommy Thomas’s ‘Voting for the Future’ in Malaysian Insider, I am tempted to say to him: Go back to Canada.
• Born in Malaysia of immigrant parents, Tommy Thomas set up legal practice in Kuala Lumpur in the 1970s.  
• Malaysia was good for him until the 1980s when he uprooted himself, his family and his extended family and migrated to Canada, looking for greener pastures.
• Alas, he found that Canada was not the land of milk and honey that he thought it was. Life was tough there.  Not long afterwards, Tommy Thomas packed his suitcase again, and returned to Malaysia where he resumed his legal practice.
• So, Malaysia was good for him before he left for Canada and Malaysia was still good for him and that’s why he returned. 
• But now he wants to change what was good, for what is at best, uncertain.  And, if things go wrong, he may run to Canada again.  After all he did it once.  He can do it again.

Well Tommy Thomas set up his own legal firm only in the year 2000, although he was admitted to the Bar in the 1970s. It took him sometime to get organised.    

I also disagree with Stop The Lies here about why Tommy Thomas packed his bags from Canada and ran back to Malaysia. Canada is a very very cold country. I think some white guys in Canada must have also called him a brownie, nigger, sammi (sami) or something derogatory like that. Tommy may also have found out that the white folks dont always want to shake his brown hands, even in church.   Things like this may have caused Tommy to change his mind about Canada.  

Or Tommy may have found out that his lawyering skills are not that great in Canada, where even the high school educated postman may speak better English.

I have a question to ask - why didnt Tommy Thomas migrate back to Mother India? I mean you had already left Malaysia as a land that was oppressive and does not provide you opportunity. You ran away to Canada. You then found out that squeaky clean, non-corrupt, freedom of speech, freedom of everything Canada is also not your land of opportunity.  

Why didnt you go back to Mother India? You know - that great waste land from which our grandparents made their great escape.  They escaped from India and came to this blessed land called Malaysia - which remains blessed until this day.

Canada, India, Malaysia all have the same soil, they also grow plants on their soil like we do, they also have their rivers, hills and mountains (higher, taller and larger than ours). The only difference between Canada, India and Malaysia are the people that populate the land. 

Malaysia has obviously offered more opportunity for Tommy Thomas and everyone of us because of the people that run the place here. The people that run the place here are the Malays. (After 1957 the Chinese and the Indians also contributed as well through  the Barisan Nasional coalition Government). These are the people who give you the real opportunities Tommy.  And we will see Tommy's opportunities very shortly. 

(Err.. I am also referring to our 15th century ancestors who became Chittys in Malacca and Mamaks in Kedah during the time of the Malay Sultans - long before your white uncles Stamford Raffles or Francis Light were carried ashore by coolies from Mother India too).  

This country has been providing hospitality for refugees and escapees for quite a while. Do you think the natives will wake up one fine day and ask for a Royal Commission of Inquiry?

Yes Canada maybe squeaky clean and good - but mostly for the white folks ya. Brownies may not have it as good. Even the 'First Nation' people (native "Red Indians") in Canada have tons of complaints.  And India is still a great wasteland (do read on) which did not even cross Tommy's mind as a destination.  

Whatever his reasons, obviously Tommy Thomas felt that there were better opportunities waiting for him in what he would term "less than squeaky clean Malaysia". If squeaky clean Canada was too cold for Tommy, not so squeaky clean Malaysia has proven to be more suited for Tommy Thomas.  Maybe this provides a reflection into Tommy Thomas true character as well.  Stop The Lies has more here:

2. Voting for the Future

• Tommy Thomas had once migrated to Canada.  But then he came back. Did he come back to an oppressive Malaysia?
• When his father completed his Government service as a technical assistant, he retired as a wealthy person, thanks to his astute financial skills.  Would he have managed to do so if Malaysia had an oppressive government?
• Tommy Thomas owns two Porsches.  Malaysia was indeed good for him.
• All three of Tommy Thomas’s children study overseas. He must have a reasonably good income to be able to afford to do so. Malaysia can’t be all bad.
• Tommy Thomas’s  mother was an assistant professor in University Malaya.  Her skills were given due recognition.
• Tommy Thomas owns two thoroughbred horses.  That’s like being in the elitist league.
• Tommy Thomas was convicted on a contempt of court charge in 2001, but his six-month jail term was reduced to a fine.  The judiciary has been kind to him.
• With all of theses strikes, Tommy Thomas does not look like a man who has been deprived of much in Malaysia, if at all. 
• All this happened during the regime of the present government which he calls corrupt.

Two Porshces? Wow - satu tak cukup kah? I just checked with another lawyer friend who says that Tommy Thomas indeed owns at least one  Porsche Panamera.  Two racehorses? I could not verify this myself - my bookie is out of town lah. But I wont be surprised.

I say Tommy, CIMB Bank? Isnt that the bank that is run by the No. 1 Oppressor's own little brother?  The Securities Commission? Isnt that where that lady used to do that thing? She was in the Blogs for the wrong reasons.

Folks, this is the type of client list where Tommy Thomas suffered so much oppression in Malaysia which enabled him to buy his Porsches and racehorses.

Tommy, not only are you  hunting with your imaginary hounds and running with the imaginary hares, but more importantly, you have certainly established your credentials as a lawyer who can speak out of his orifice - beyond any shadow of doubt.

Here is more hunting with the hounds by Tommy Thomas. He was also "Director of the Malaysian Institute of Corporate Governance from 1995 to 2001". If any of you minority shareholders were victims of any corporate oppression during that period of time, do take it up with Tommy Thomas. He may not be able to not help you. (Thats a double negative - which makes it a zinger.)

We will talk about India a bit more after this. So Tommy who do you want to vote for? Who is your alternative?  The Three Stooges? Are you insane? You are? Ok lets look at Larry, Harry and Mo of the Three Stooges.

i. First : Larry represents one set of racist bastards who lie through their teeth that they are multi racial. Yet they cannot even elect one Malay (the majority race)  into their councils. Then to pull the wool over everyones' eyes they cheated and rigged their party votes to enable one of their own race (who is masquerading as a Malay) into their inner circle.  This is worse than the cheapest plot in the most third rate Malayalam or Tamil movie. By the way Tommy, there are no Malayalees in their high councils either. You can tell that to KJ John as well. 

ii. Second : Harry is that @$$ whacker and adult movie actor who has denied his philandering hypocrisy under the excuse that he does not have a tummy. Again even the worst, third rate Malayalam or Tamil movie has better script than that. And when he was closer to the treasure chest, this @$$ whacker stole billions from the till (when his finger was not stuck up your @$$). He wins the Nobel Prize for corruption. And that is not all. Even your "corrupt, useless and evil UMNO" could not stand this @$$ whacker. They threw him out. Ayoyo Jesus Christ - the bugger is a bloody UMNO reject. And he is still desperately trying to get back into UMNO.

Can you imagine that - the homosexual, adulterous and corrupt trash that has been ejected even by your "oppressive  and corrupt UMNO" is now being sucked up deliciously by you and your cohort. You have hoisted rejected trash upon your shoulders.  This is only possible if under your skin you are still inheritors of that unmentionable Tamil word associated with the untouchables in the Mother India from which your parents escaped. 

Finally we come to Mo, the turd among the Three Stooges. Here is something  which has been written about Tommy Thomas and his crusades :

"The veteran lawyer, who had studied the subject .. presented an essay debunking Malaysia as an Islamic state at the Malaysian Law Conference .."

So Tommy, you oppose the idea that Malaysia should become a theocratic state. You are afraid that the whackos and psychos will turn this beautiful country into a Taliban mental asylum, that they will whip you in public for consuming your favorite single malt or even cut off the legs of your two thoroughbred race horses? 

You are exactly on the ball here Tommy. I am with you on this one.  Indeed the turds have stated publicly and repeatedly that if they come to power, the first thing they will do is shut down the Genting Highlands. They have sworn to do this Tommy.

Lim Goh Tong did not have to migrate to Canada to get his opportunities. Just like you, he got his opportunities here. He made his billions on that mountain just 45 minutes from Kuala Lumpur. Now you want to vote for the turds who say they will shut the place down in a jiffy, possibly exhume Lim Goh Tong's massive mausoleum and ship it back to China or something. (Watch out - they may just do it. The Taliban blew up those statues remember.) And these are the turds that you will vote for? You think they will give you 10,000 acres of land as well? 

So think Tommy. By all logic, shouldn't you be locked up in the mental asylum along with the racist Larry, the @$$ whacking corrupt Harry and the stark raving insane Mo? This is your alternative?

Now here is some news from India. This news is about the Hindu RSS fanatics (Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh) who are burning churches and killing christians in India.  The attacks are increasing.

• "In 2012, 135 attacks against Christians were registered
• New Delhi (Agenzia Fides) - In  2012, 135 attacks on Christians in India were officially counted, according to "Global Council of Indian Christians" 
• "Day of Martyrs" - anniversary of massacre of Pastor Graham Staines burnt alive by Hindu extremists, with his two sons in 1999. 
• persecution most heated in Karnataka 41 attacks. Orissa 16, Tamil Nadu 15 cases, Madhya Pradesh 14, Chhattisgarh 7 attacks, Kerala 5 attacks

135 attacks against christians in India in 2012 !! 

It looks like we can understand why Tommy Thomas may not have wanted to migrate back to India. The Hindus there are wide awake now about what the Christians are doing in India. You try to convert Hindus into christianity, they burn your churches and your pastors. Five cases in Kerala in 2012? That is the tanah asal of Tommy Thomas and KJ John's ancestors. Did the Syriac Church suffer any attacks?  

Imagine this Tommy and KJ John - its Sunday, you put on your best mangosteen outfit (white on the inside, black on the outside) and jauntily walk to church like the wolf in Little Red Riding Hood - casting your eyes down on the poor Hindus who still have not reduced their polytheism from many gods to just three. Then out comes swamiji swinging his trinity (trident) and burns down your church. 

Dont worry. Such things are daily occurrences in India only - that great wasteland, where so much life, opportunity and happiness simply goes to waste.  But dont be too sure about Malaysia ok. The RSS have their cousins in Malaysia as well.  

So then you come to this peaceful land of milk and honey. And what do you do? You call the Malays oppressors and you want to convert them to christianity as well. Haiyya. Talk about killing the goose that lays the golden eggs.

But there is also a funny side to things.  Many of you fail (actually fall) drastically along the way.  Many of you end up marrying the Malay girls. What a joke.  The Telegus, Ceylon Tamils, Malayalis, Goanese, Tamils and my own Mamaks never cease to marry the Malay girls. 

It is not just that many of the Malay lasses are more pleasing. There is more to it. Firstly to hear some one call you abang is perhaps a soothing balm to cover up your own inability to speak the language of the people who have been so hospitable to you in this land. 

Secondly, you cannot marry each other. A Malayali marrying a Tamil?  You would rather marry a goat no? What about a Punjabi marrying a Telegu? You would rather marry a cow  no? 

OK forget about marriage. Do you get invited to each others houses here in Malaysia? In India it is definitely no.  Will you serve each other food? An Uttar Pradeshi hindu vegetarian inviting a Tamil hindu for lunch at his home?  A frog will grow wings and fly in the sky first before that happens.

But the natives give you Datoships. They even make you Tan Sris. For example you can become Tan Sri Das. If they dropped  the 'Sri' it will be Tan-Das. So out of respect they kept it at Tan Sri (this is a joke told me by a very gregarious Ceylon Tamil ex-communicated (murtad) church pastor who lives in Klang. He is now a merry atheist and causes major headaches for the church). 

If you dont like the inefficiency do speak out loudly. If you dont like the lethargy do speak out loudly. Speak out. This is a free country. Speak out against gag orders too. But dont burn the house down by voting for Abaddon, Beelzebub, Belial and Mammon. 

I would rather vote for the Porsches, the Panameras and the thoroughbreds. Anytime. 

Lastly congratulations Tommy on the Porsches and the thoroughbreds. You have done good. there.  Thats what life is all about too.  Buy a couple more.
