KHUSUS UNTUK KAUM B*D*H SAHAJA - CARA-CARA HILANG UNDI

Kes No 1: Pagi tadi saya pergi ke supermarket dekat rumah saya.  Supermarket ini menjual pelbagai barang makanan halal. Supermarket ini tidak menjual barang makanan yang haram bagi orang Islam. Dan paling ramai pengguna atau customer di supermarket ini adalah orang Melayu.

 

Tetapi tepat pada laluan masuk supermarket ini terdapat hiasan Merry Christmas ia itu sebatang pokok Christmas Tree dan hiasan kotak-kotak hadiah Krismas. Sila lihat gambar di atas.

 

Baru ini timbul kontroversi di sebuah negeri bahawa: 

 

tiada hiasan Krismas dibenarkan di hotel dan premis makanan yang diperakui halal 
tidak membenarkan dekorasi Krismas di hotel dan premis makanan disijilkan halal 
tidak membenarkan dekorasi Krismas di dapur dan hotel dipersijilkan halal  

memastikan kejelasan status halal serta mengelakkan kekeliruan pengguna

bertentangan prinsip Hukum Syarak, tidak sopan, bercanggah dengan moral

 

Walaupun supermarket bukan hotel atau premis makanan tetapi supermarket adalah tempat orang beli barang makanan. Supermarket ini menjual beras, tepung, ikan, daging, sayur, buah-buahan, mee segera, susu bayi, kopi, teh dan banyak lagi barang makanan.

 

Walaupun supermarket ini bukan dapur tetapi barang dapur dijual di sini. 

 

Apa pula kesannya dekorasi Krismas tidak dibenarkan di hotel dan premis makanan bersijil halal tetapi supermarket yang menjual makanan halal pula tidak dilarang? 

 

Apakah hiasan pokok Christmas Tree dan kotak-kotak hadiah Krismas di supermarket mampu "mempertahankan prinsip syarak, adalah sopan dan tidak bercanggah dengan moral" ?  Moral  siapa pula ? 

 

Kes No 2: Bagaimana pula dengan hiasan dan dekorasi Happy Deepavali? Apa kata kalau restoran makanan daun pisang India yang bersijil halal meletakkan hiasan Happy Deepavali serta bunga-bunga, lampu-lampu kelip, lampu minyak dsbnya untuk menyambut Happy Deepavali? 

 

Apakah  prinsip Hukum Syarak, kesopanan dan moral akan terjejas jika orang Islam makan di restoran daun pisang India bersijil halal yang berhias Happy Deepavali itu? Atau orang Islam akan jadi terkeliru?

 

Tetapi hiasan Happy Deepavali (contohnya) di supermarket pula mampu "mempertahankan prinsip syarak, adalah sopan dan tidak bercanggah dengan moral" ?

 

  

Kes No 3 Hiasan Happy Deepavali, Merry Christmas di bank jenama Islam dan hospital Kerajaan.

 

Setiap tahun bank-bank yang berjenama Islam  turut meletakkan atau pamerkan hiasan menyambut Happy Deepavali dan Merry Christmas. Juga di hospital Kerajaan seperti gambar di bawah.

 

Apakah perbankan jenama Islam akan terjejas taraf halalnya? 

 

Jadi apakah maksud sebenarnya? Rupanya hiasan Happy Deepavali di  bank-bank jenama Islam dan hospital Kerajaan  (serta supermarket) mampu "mempertahankan prinsip syarak, adalah sopan dan tidak bercanggah dengan moral". Yang bermasalah adalah hotel, restoran dan dapur yang bersijil halal.

 

CONCLUSION: Hujah seperti ini tidak masuk akal. Bagaimana pula kes orang Islam melawat rumah rakan dan sahabat beragama Kristian atau Hindu untuk menyambut Krismas atau Deepavali? Boleh ke tak boleh?

 

Kalau ateis macam mana pula? Katakanlah ateis yang tidak mempunyai agama sambut harijadi pula. Dia jemput rakan-rakan ke rumah untuk sambut hari jadi sebab dia kata dia tak percaya agama atau tuhan. Ateis itu lagi bahaya - mereka tolak semua agama dan mereka tolak konsep tuhan. So how? Boleh pergi rumah ateis atau tak boleh?

 

Kalau sesiapa menghadiri jamuan di rumah ateis, biasanya untuk makan satay Kajang, bihun, kway teow dan serupanya.  Bukan untuk belajar ateis. Serupa dengan masuk restoran sijil halal yang berhias untuk Krismas atau Deepavali. Orang pergi sana untuk makan dan minum. Bukan untuk jadi Kristian atau Hindu.

SEDIKIT NASIHAT KEPADA ANGGOTA POLIS: JANGAN TERLIBAT JENAYAH

MY COMMENTS:

Kepada semua anggota Polis  - daripada prebet sampai ke IGP - dengar baik-baik ok.

Arwah ayah saya dulu mula bertugas dengan Police Field Force, Ulu Kinta.  Dari sekitar 1955 hingga 1970. Bahagian pentadbiran, bukan pegawai beruniform atau bersenjata. Masa itu adalah zaman Darurat (Malayan Emergency). Antara anggota Polis yang ayah saya kenali adalah mendiang Inspector Kulasingam - yang lebih dikenali sebagai DSP Kulasingam yang sangat famous itu.

Pada tahun 70an DSP Kulasingam pernah melawat ayah saya dan saya sempat mendengar cerita-cerita lama zaman Darurat (Malayan Emergency).  DSP Kula menceritakan bagaimana "our boys" akan masuk ke Thailand untuk mencari dan menembak mati (eliminate) anggota CPM (Communist Party of Malaya) yang bersembunyi di Thailand. Mereka akan menyamar sebagai lorry driver (contohnya), masuk Thailand, mencari sasaran secara senyap, selesaikan misi dan "lari" balik ke Malaysia secara senyap.  

Tetapi itu adalah zaman Darurat atau Emergency. Zaman Darurat itu sebenarnya adalah peperangan antara negara kita dan pengganas komunis yang telah tamat dengan perjanjian damai ditanda tangani pada tahun 1989. Pasukan keselamatan kita berhak menjalankan operasi dan misi untuk menjaga keselamatan negara. 'Black ops' atau operasi sulit untuk 'eliminate' anggota CPM di Thailand itu mempunyai alasan yang kukuh (can be justified).

Pada sekitar tahun 2000 pula pasukan keselamatan kita bersama US Marines dan US Navy Seals pernah menembak mati (eliminate) anggota Abu Sayaf dan pengganas Moro yang lain di sekitar perairan Sabah dan perairan sempadan Filipina. Itu juga adalah 'black ops' atau operasi sulit.  Operasi serupa itu perlu kerana "persengketaan" yang wujud di Sabah pada waktu itu. It can be justified.

Tetapi dalam kes-kes lain yang telah melibatkan anggota Polis - kes pembunuhan Altantuya Sharibuu, kes penculikan dan hilang secara paksa Pastor Koh, Amri Che Mat, Pastor Joshua Helmi dan isteri Ruth Sitepu dan entah siapa lagi dan sekarang kes pembunuhan di Durian Tunggal - jelas sekali anggota Polis diberi arahan oleh pegawai atasan yang jelas sekali confused antara menajalankan tugas untuk menjaga keselamatan negara atau sebab-sebab lain yang saya pun tak faham. 

Altantuya Sharibuu dibunuh atas arahan siapa? Dan apakah matlamat pembunuhan wanita itu? Apakah pembunuhan Altantuyaa Sharibuu untuk menjaga keselamatan negara? The Malayan Emergency is over. Abu Sayyaf pun sudah pencen.

Pastor Koh, Amri Che Mat, Pastor Joshua Helmi serta isteri Ruth Sitepu dan entah siapa lagi diculik dan dihilangkan atas arahan siapa pula? Dan bagaimanakah mereka telah mengancam keselamatan negara?  

Saya ada sedikit soalan untuk anggota Polis - Apakah orang yang rasa senang dihati sembahyang kepada tuhan mereka lebih membahayakan keselamatan negara atau orang lain yang sanggup membunuh orang yang rasa senang sembahyang kepada tuhan mereka?  Terutama sekali dalam sebuah negara dan masyarakat yang sepatutnya 'civilised'?  

Jika Polis keliru atau terbuntu untuk menjawab soalan simple seperti ini maka akan terjadilah Public Inquiry Suhakam 2019, keputusan kes Pastor Koh oleh Mahkamah Tinggi 5hb November, 2025 dsbnya. 

(Dan hari ini 20hb Disember 2025. Jadi 45 hari x RM10,000 denda sehari = RM450,000 duit rakyat yang terpaksa dibayar kepada keluarga Pastor Koh. Just thinking aloud, boleh potong gaji IGP ke?)  

Dan yang latest pula kes tembak mati tiga lelaki India di Durian Tunggal. Kita lihat dulu ayat al Quran, (Surah Al-Ma'idah 5:45):

وَفِيها كُتِبْنَا عَلَيْهِمْ أَنَّ النَّفْسَ بِالنَّفْسِ وَالْعَيْنَ بِالْعَيْنِ وَالْأَنْفَ بِالْأَنْفِ وَالْأُذُنَ بِالْأُذُنِ وَالسِّـٰنَ بِالسِّـٰنِ وَالْجُروحَ قِصَاصٌ ۗ فَمَن تَصَدَّقَ بِهِ فَهُوَ كَفَّارَةٌ لَهُ ۗ وَمَن لَمْ يَحْكُمْ بِمَا أَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ فَأُو۟لَـٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلْكَٰفِرُونَ

Terjemahan:  Dan Kami tetapkan bagi mereka di dalamnya: "Hidup dibalas dengan hidup, mata dengan mata, hidung dengan hidung, telinga dengan telinga, gigi dengan gigi, dan luka-luka yang setimpal." Barangsiapa yang menyerahkan haknya (memaafkan), maka itu adalah penebus dosa baginya. Dan barangsiapa yang tidak memutuskan menurut apa yang diturunkan Allah, maka mereka itulah orang-orang yang kafir.

Ayat ini jelaskan apa yang disebut balasan setimpal  'an eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth' bagi sesiapa yang menyebabkan kematian atau cedera.  

Tetapi ada warning juga: "barangsiapa yang tidak memutuskan menurut apa yang diturunkan Allah, maka mereka itulah orang-orang yang kafir" - Jangan berlebih-lebihan. Nauzubillah nauzubillah.

Tanpa pengecualian (without exception) semua masyarakat dalam dunia ini yang civilised masih mengikut sistem 'an eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth'.   Tetapi semua masyarakat dunia yang civilised mesti mengikut prosedur yang ditetapkan undang-undang. Yes memang 'an eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth' tetapi mesti ikut Rule of Law. 

Kita tidak lagi 'send our boys' masuk Thailand secara senyap untuk menembak mati pengganas komunis secara senyap. Dan saya berharap kita tidak lagi perlu menembak mati  bebudak miskin papa-kedana Moro dan Sulu di sempadan laut Filipina. There are much easier and much better ways to solve the problem.

Kita ada law and order. Sehingga kaum munafik pun melaungkan kita adalah 'negara hukum' (a country with law and order).  Kita tidak boleh menyelesaikan masalah ikut sistem 'cowboy justice' atau 'frontier justice'. Tak boleh "shoot first and ask questions later". 

CONCLUSION: 

Rule No. 1 - Polis ikut arahan. The Police must obey orders. Kalau anggota Polis tidak ikut arahan, the whole Police Force akan collapse.

Masalahnya adalah apakah option atau pilihan yang ada kepada anggota Polis pangkat bawah (lower ranking Police officers) SEKIRANYA mereka menerima arahan daripada pegawai atasan yang mencurigakan atau yang jelas sekali menjurus kepada perbuatan jenayah?

What options does the lower ranking policeman have?

Sebab yang akan tersabit dan terpalit kesalahan esok bukan pegawai atasan yang telah memberi arahan tetapi anggota bawahan yang setia ikut arahan.  

Kita telah melihat kes Altantuyaa Sharibuu, kes penculikan Pastor Koh dan Amri Che Mat dan sekarang kemungkinan besar kes di Durian Tunggal. Arahan turun dari atas tetapi yang menanggung risiko dan terkena tindakan undang-undang adalah pegawai bawahan. 

Dalam kes Altantuyaa dua anggota Polis pangkat rendah dijatuhkan hukuman gantung sampai mati oleh Mahkamah Persekutuan. Sehingga hari ini kita tidak jelas siapa yang telah memberi arahan kepada mereka untuk membunuh Altantuyaa? Kalau mereka dibayar duit pun siapa yang mengupah mereka? Dalam kes itu Mahkamah gagal putuskan 'motive' kedua anggota yang terlibat itu. Apakah motive mereka yang sebenarnya? Why the hell did they want to kill Altantuyaa? 

Menggunakan keganasan atau kekerasan di luar undang-undang itu adalah jenayah.  Tetapi bagi anggota Polis pangkat rendah mengikut arahan pegawai atasan adalah SOP yang mesti dipatuhi. Otherwise Police Force akan hancur.

Dan saya yakin tidak ada seorang pun pegawai polis yang menjadi 'rogue officer' atau menjadi pegawai samseng yang sanggup menyalahi undang-undang ikut suka hati.  What do they get in return? Nothing. 

Jadi kepada IGP, pegawai tinggi Polis dan pegawai senior di Kementerian Dalam Negeri, you must make sure that any type of  "extra judicial sentencing" is not part of our system.  

Many people nowadays are educated - with Masters and PhD degrees. But education is no guarantee of civilised behaviour. The German Nazis were among the most highly educated people in the world. Goebbels earned a PhD in Literature from the University of Heidelberg. Rudolph Hess had a PhD in Economics from the University of Munich. Albert Speer was an architect. But these Nazis were uncivilised barbarians. They were worse than animals. 

This is my advice - do not fall into this type of trap. 

Since 1957 we have done exceptionally well in developing the physical infrastructure of this country. Until about the early 1980s we were very successful in "nation building" - creating a united Malaysia - on the same trajectory as Singapore. 

But since the mid 1980s that 'nation building' part has gone sideways and even backwards. Reverse gear. 

Today in 2025 there are people who do not seem to know if they are coming or going.  They do not even know if they are going forward or backward. 

But as always there is a great solution. An easy solution - just obey the law. 

The law is the great equaliser. Whether educated or not educated, civilised or not civilised JUST OBEY THE LAW.

Especially when your job is to deal with those who do not obey the law. There must be a difference between those who obey the law and those who do not obey the law.  

BILA PULA HARGA DI STESEN MINYAK AKAN TURUN? US$60 OIL IS NO LONGER A FLOOR.

The oil price yesterday was at US$56 per barrel. Oil & Energy Insider's statement (BELOW) that US$60 per barrel of oil is no longer a floor price reflects market sentiment across the board. 

 

And it looks like this weak sentiment will prevail for a while. And like I mentioned a few days back this weak oil price is despite the war in Ukraine, sanctions against Iran and the tensions in Venezuela.

Donald Trump is not in favour of prolonging the war in Ukraine and a major split between the US and the European Union nutjobs has already cracked wide open. The latest development (yesterday Friday Dec 19, 2025) is that Belgium, Hungary and the Slavic countries have disagreed with the EU on confiscating Russian financial assets frozen in the West to pay for the Ukrainian weapons purchases by the EU/Nato goons. 

"I steal your money kept in my banks to pay for weapons that I manufacture that are used to fight a war against you". Isnt that a neat piece of thievery?

So the war in Ukraine will end soon. Then what will happen to the oil prices? It will go down even more. 

The biggest threat to world oil prices are China's decreasing imports of crude oil. This bar chart here shows China's STAGNANT TO DECREASING oil imports (red coloured bar) from 2020 to 2024.  This is the single largest threat to world oil prices. 

China is the world's largest importer and consumer of oil. If they buy less oil, the oil prices will crash. This is happening now. 

How does oil below US$60 per barrel affect our Budget planning? 

"The price per barrel of oil used in Malaysia's 2026 Budget planning, which was presented in October 2025, was USD 70 per barrel". 

The Budget was calculated using oil prices at US$70 per barrel.  Oil price is now at US$56 per barrel. So how now brown cows? Will any of the professor kangkungs please make some wild horse statements? Like "printing money is a good option".

I have only one question: when will our domestic harga minyak turun? 

DAP, UMNO, PKR WHOEVER IS INTERESTED: MALAYSIA CPI GLOBAL RANKING VERSUS ELECTORAL PERFORMANCE 2005 - 2022

 

"Do not think that I have come to abolish the old UMNO policies or their leaders; I have not come to abolish them but to fulfill them. For truly, I say to you, until heaven and earth pass away, not an iota, not a dot, will pass from the old UMNO policies until all is DESTROYED" - retake from Mathew. 

 

 

I was doing some online research and was able to put this graph together.  The DAP clowns who just got their ass kicked 8-0 in the Sabah State polls better pay attention because this graph reflects upon the partners you are sleeping with. And also upon you.

Also bear in mind that in 2022 ALL OF YOU LOST THE ELECTIONS. 
IN 2022 THERE WAS NO WINNER.  
IN 2022 WE ENDED UP WITH A HUNG PARLIAMENT.  

Then in 2023 there were elections in the SIX States (Kelantan, Terengganu, Kedah, Penang, Negeri Sembilan and Selangor). Again the PKR and UMNO got their backsides kicked. DAP did not do as well either. 

SO WHAT IS GOING TO HAPPEN IN THE NEXT GENERAL ELECTIONS IN LATE 2026 OR 2027? THIS IS WHY YOU MUST PAY CLOSE ATTENTION HERE.

Here is a graph that maps UMNO's electoral performance against Malaysia's Global Corruption Ranking (taken from Transparency International) over the General Election years from 2004 until 2022. 

Why UMNO? For two simple reasons.

1. Simply because UMNO was the ruling coalition from 2004 until 2018. And then again from circa 2021 (Ismail Sabri) until today 2025 (unity gomen). So UMNO had/has the most to gain or lose.

2.  Regardless of whether UMNO was/is in power or not ALL THE FAILED UMNO POLICIES OF THE PAST 55 YEARS (FROM 1970) ARE STILL IN PLACE. "not an iota, not a dot" of UMNO's failed policies have been changed. 

The Bible says:  Matthew 5:17-18, "Do not think that I have come to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I have not come to abolish them but to fulfill them. For truly, I say to you, until heaven and earth pass away, not an iota, not a dot, will pass from the Law until all is accomplished" 

Rewording this to fit the policies of ALL the ruling parties in Malaysia from 1970 until today: "Do not think that I have come to abolish the old UMNO policies or their leaders; I have not come to abolish them but to fulfill them. For truly, I say to you, until heaven and earth pass away, not an iota, not a dot, will pass from the old UMNO policies until all is DESTROYED."  

Having said that, please look at the graph. The vertical blue colored bars chart the number of Parliamentary seats won by UMNO from the 2004 GE until 2022 GE. UMNO has gone from over 100 Parliamentary seats in 2004 to only 26 seats in 2022. In 18 years UMNO lost over 75% of their Parliamentary seats. It is so obvious that UMNO is a dead party. 

 

 

 

In 2004 Malaysia's Global Corruption Ranking was at 39. This was the first General Election under the brand new Abdullah Badawi gomen. Badawi had won over 104 seats for UMNO. Then things immediately started going bad.

By the 2008 General Election under Badawi, Malaysia's Global Corruption Ranking dropped EIGHT PLACES from 39 to 47. And in 2008, for the first time UMNO lost its 2/3 majority in Parliament.  But did they do anything? Did they change any of their obviously failed policies? No they did not.

Remember this No 47 Global Corruption ranking.  In 2008 UMNO suffered a serious  stroke at this number 47. 

In the next GE in 2013 there was a new PM, Najib Razak. Umno's fortunes saw an uptick but the BN as a whole lost even more seats.  And Malaysia's Global Corruption ranking became worse and worse. By 2013 our global corruption ranking dropped further to No. 53. Malaysia had dropped another SIX places from 47 in 2008 to 53 in 2013. Did UMNO change any of their failed policies? Did they try to wipe out corruption? No they did not.

Then came the disaster for UMNO/BN in 2018. UMNO suffered their fatal heart attack. In 2018 Malaysia's Global Corruption Ranking hit an all time low of no 61.  Malaysia's corruption ranking had fallen another EIGHT places from 53 in 2013 to 61 in 2018. For the first time Malaysia's global corruption ranking fell below 60th place. UMNO suffered a fatal heart attack at no. 61. UMNO/BN was kicked out of office.

Note: Corruption was not the single largest reason why UMNO/BN lost political power in 2018. They were just screwing everything up. But corruption played a large role in getting them kicked out of political power. 

In 2018 Dr Mahathir became prime minister again. Over 2019 - 2020 our Global Corruption Ranking improved significantly, we reached no. 51 in global rankings. Dr Mahathir had improved our corruption ranking by TEN places. 

But Dr Mahathir did not deliver any of the promises he made BEFORE the General Elections (except abolish the GST). So he lost popularity and was removed in 2020. Followed by Tan Sri Muhyiddin (till 2021) and Ismail Sabri (till 2022).

By the next General Election in 2022  Malaysia's Global Corruption ranking had deteriorated seriously again to 61.  This was the same fatal heart attack number as in 2018. And so in 2022 there was a hung Parliament. All the political parties lost the elections. NO one won a simple majority.

So remember these global corruption ranking numbers and the year:

• In 2008  the global corruption ranking was 47, UMNO lost 2/3 majority.
• In 2018 the global corruption ranking was 61, UMNO lost political power. 
• In 2022 the global corruption ranking was 61, it was a hung Parliament. 

So based on this past historical data:

If you want to win a simple majority in Parliament, the Global Corruption Ranking must be 50 or below. (Under Dr Mahathir 2.0 circa 2019-2020 it had already improved to 51).

If you want to win a 2/3 majority in Parliament the Global Corruption Ranking must be 47 or lower.

CONCLUSION:

So I want to ask the DAP and your friends - can you take down the Transparency International's Global Corruption Ranking of Malaysia down to below 50 or to below 47 by next year (early polls in 2026) or latest by 2027 ?

Here is my short answer: NO WAY WILL THAT BE POSSIBLE.

Plus you have not done anything to change or abolish any of those really stupid and blood sucking UMNO/BN policies that have been in place in this country for decades now.

It is so obvious that UMNO and all their foolish policies are dead.  So DAP if you still hang out with all these dead people, then in 2026 or 2027 you will also get kicked out.
