My Comments: Will Hamzah return as the leader of the Opposition in Parliament? If he does, Hamzah has a good chance of being the next prime minister.
Pas has already broken ranks with Bersatu. This means Hamzah's new party Wawasan will now cooperate with Pas - stepping into Bersatu's shoes.
Hamzah is reading the time line very well. The General Elections will not be held until after Negeri Sembilan, Johor and possibly Melaka have run their State polls. More time to organise their candidates.
Paying tribute to Hadi Awang for picking the name of the party Wawasan is a masterstroke. Pas voters will have sympathy and support. Malay voters will have sympathy and support.
Since Wawasan is multi-racial, it will also attract non-Malay support especially Indian support. Plenty surprises are due in that area.
Bersatu is history.
