This video is quite interesting. Some of the details can be discussed. But it is an important part of our history. Perhaps an understated part of our history. I have been told that my paternal grandfather who sailed the seas as a merchant in the 19th and early 20th centuries held a passport issued by the Dutch in "Batavia".
