I have not written this FRIDAY NOTES FROM THE QURAN Column in a very long time. Well Israel is the perennial hot topic.
The Bani Israel or the Children of Israel are mentioned 41 times in the Quran. They are the only people who are mentioned 41 times in the Quran.

46:10 Say: "Do you see, indeed it was from Allah, and you reject it, while a witness from the Children of Israel witnessed to its similarity, and he believed, while you turned arrogant? Surely, ALLAH does not guide the wicked people."
