The High Court has ordered the gomen to pay the wife of Pastor Koh RM10,000 a day until Pastor Koh is found.
My Comments: The Court has ordered the gomen to pay Pastor Koh's wife RM10,000 a day until the Pastor is found.
That is taxpayers money. So now the taxpayers have to bear the burden of the Police and the gomen screwing up this case.
I say cut the salaries and the pensions of the IGP and all those Policemen who were involved in this case. The Court says that one or more of the policemen involved is still serving on the force.
They screw up and now the taxpayers have to pay more than RM34 million damages. RM31 million to Koh's wife and RM3 million to Amri's wife.
It has also been EIGHT YEARS since these men were abducted and disappeared. They can and should be declared legally dead. And since they were abducted and disappeared the case should be reclassified as foul play / murder. This should be a murder case.
There must be closure for the families. Where are their bodies? Somebody must know. Look at that video again. The Star report says at least EIGHT men were involved in the abduction of Pastor Koh.
Those EIGHT men are all still alive and known because the Court said one or more of them is still serving in the Police force. Interrogate those fellows and ask them what happened to Koh after they abducted him? Where did they take Koh?

Even I can tell you that you do not abduct a person in broad daylight in the middle of a super busy road in Petaling Jaya using a platoon of over EIGHT men, many SUVs and motorcycles. Certainly there will be witnesses. In this case the whole abduction was caught on CCTV cameras.
This is the same level of stupidity which can believe that the prophet's wife came from Kedah. Or that the Malays taught the Roman Empire how to build ships. The same type of bodoh.
The decision of the High Court clearly mentions the Police.
The High Court judge says one or more of the Policemen involved are still serving in the Police.
