In a few minutes from now 2025 will come to an end. I believe 2026 will bring momentous change around the world. I believe the changes will be for the better.

Here is my old friend Prof Dr Mohd Razif an orthopedic surgeon playing Auld Lang Syne on his piano. Dr Razif reads books and has encyclopedic knowledge about the Roman Empire, music and old Hollywood movies as well. About 19 years ago after reading my book "Malaysia and the Club of Doom - The Collapse of the Islamic Countries", he made his way to my jewellery shop in town and introduced himself. We have been friends since.
He is always a welcome guest at gatherings in my house because he will play Beethoven, Mozart and other tunes like a pro on our piano.
Here is to a Happy New Year 2026.
