OSTB: I believe that final "private" meeting was between the two presidents only, minus any entourage. Two translators were present and President Xi's translator (according to one source) was his 33 year old daughter Xi Mingze. She is a graduate in psychology from Harvard University. We will not know what was discussed but the highly personal and confidential nature of this final meeting between Xi and Trump signals the beginning of another "special personal relationship" between the two presidents. Conclusion: There is little risk of tension and hostility between the US and China.

OSTB: I hope this is exactly what it sounds like. This also means they should work together to take care of troublesome regimes - regardless of their ideology. With a combined 23% of the world's population and a combined 42% of the world's GDP both China and the US have more to lose from monkey and pest infestation than any other country in the world.
