PLEASE READ MY CONCLUSION
Tuan-Tuan kali ini ringkas sahaja. Yang berikut adalah harga minyak dunia sejak LIMA TAHUN sudah. FIVE YEAR chart of world oil prices. Chart ini untuk harga minyak 'Brent crude' tapi kurang lebih sama juga bagi harga minyak satu dunia.
In the past one year (from circa 2024) the price of oil has gone from around high US$80s (almost US$90) per barrel down to the present level of US$68 per barrel. Senang kira lets say from a high of around US$88 per barrel in the past year down to US$68 per barrel today.
So harga minyak dunia sudah turun US$20 per barrel over the past year (kurang lebih ok). About 23% drop in the world oil price.
From the same chart you can see that In the past THREE YEARS (from circa 2022) the price of oil has gone from around a high of US$120 per barrel down to the present level of US$68 per barrel today.
So harga minyak dunia sudah turun US$52 per barrel over the past THREE years (kurang lebih ok). About 43% drop in the world oil prices over the past THREE YEARS.
CONCLUSION:
Lets say ada seorang 'consultant penipu'. Ataupun jenis 'con-sultan'. Con-sultan ini akan minta pinjam jam tangan kita, kemudian dia bagi tahu kita sekarang jam pukul berapa (dengan melihat jam tangan kita tadi) and then dia akan minta duit con-sultan fees yang tinggi untuk 'consultan service' dia tadi.
So the rule for 'con-sultans' is as follows:
Rule No 1. You give away something that does not belong to you in the first place. Macam buat sedekah, bagi derma Palestin tetapi dengan mengguna duit orang lain lah. Bukan sedekah dengan duit sendiri.
Rule No 2. You give something to someone which was already his in the first place. Maksudnya dia memberi satu benda atau satu barang kepada orang yang memang benda itu sudah menjadi hak mereka pun. Memang kepunyaan mereka pun.
Contohnya dia kata 'aku akan jual buah durian ini kepada kau dengan harga sabsidi RM10 sekilo'. Padahal harga pasaran dunia untuk buah durian sudah pun menurun ke RM8 sekilo.
Atau yang lebih setan, dia petik buah durian itu dari kebun kita juga. It is our durian. Kemudian dia jual balik buah durian kita kepada kita tetapi dengan harga 'sabsidi' yang lebih mahal daripada harga pasaran dunia.
