My Comments : The 32 Blackhawk helicopters are being delivered to the Philippines up to 2026. That is about FOUR YEARS delivery period.
Here is a soalan cepu emas. Lets say the Philippines could not wait for FOUR YEARS and they wanted IMMEDIATE DELIVERY OR FASTER DELIVERY of the Blackhawks where in the world will they go to get IMMEDIATE DELIVERY?
They cannot go to the Toyota factory in Japan or go to the Made in China factory in China.
They will still have to go to the same Blackhawk helicopter factory. But Blackhawk has already told the Phillipines the delivery schedule is until 2026. Because it takes time to manufacture and deliver the 32 helicopters.
Unless someone tells the Philippines, if you want IMMEDIATE DELIVERY we can supply you USED HELICOPTERS or 2nd Hand Helicopters.
"We can find USED HELICOPTERS lying around and deliver them to you tomorrow. But if you want brand new choppers you have to stick to our delivery schedule."
