I like to use the example of the Pak Hitam Afrika Negro in Sudan because the rest of the Islamic world just does not give a sh_t about them. The past few years about 200,000 or more have died, have had their hands chopped off, their breasts mutilated, their women raped by their own fellow Muslims but who cares.
But just in case - although it is extremely very highly improbable - the politicians want to donate money to the Pak Hitam Afrika Negro in Sudan, please donate your own money.
Charity is charity only when you use YOUR OWN MONEY. For the information of the Muslims the Quran says,
2:1 A.L.M.
2:2 This scripture is infallible; a beacon for the righteous;
2:3 Who believe in the unseen, uphold the Salat and from our REZEKI to them, they give to charity.
وَمِمَّا رَزَقْنَـٰهُمْ يُنفِقُونَ - 'and from our REZEKI to them, they give to charity.
You give to charity from your own REZEKI. You dont give to charity using other peoples' money. That is misappropriation.
Inside your own society or your own country you can use the peoples' money to give to charity for themselves. It is called social welfare. The money for social welfare belongs to the people anyway. The people contributed that money which must be used for their own social welfare. When your own people are poor and asking for help then you cannot take their money and then go and give it to the Pak Hitam Afrika Negro in Sudan or something like that.
Not only does charity start at home but the money that is collected from the people should be used for the people's own welfare first.
So if by the most highly improbable, next to impossible chance that the politicians want to give to charity to the Pak Hitam Afrika Negro in Sudan, please use your own party funds. Please ask your 50,000 or 100,000 party members to donate RM1000 each and you can "donate" maybe RM100 million already. You can then send the money to the Pak Hitam Afrika Negro in Sudan.
But sadly none of the politicians here want to donate money to the Pak Hitam Afrika Negro in Sudan. It is neither their responsibility, their duty or their charity. It does not get any Muslim votes if you donate money to the Pak Hitam Afrika Negro in Sudan.

But sometimes it is extremely difficult to send money to some places. For example there is absolutely no banking system left in Gaza. All the ATM networks have been destroyed. So if someone claims that they have already sent say RM100 million to Gaza, then they are really lying. How did you get the money across? You cannot carry RM100 million in potato sacks into Gaza. So the question is where did that money go?
There is absolutely no access into Gaza from Egypt because the Egypt - Gaza border is permanently closed. This is called Muslim brotherhood.
The only open access into Gaza is through the Israeli border crossings but the Israelis only allow food, medicine and other humanitarian supplies to enter Gaza. No building materials, no cement, steel etc are allowed. There will be no reconstruction of Gaza allowed until all the hostages are freed.
So if someone says that they are building a hospital or a school in Gaza now, they are also lying.
So if you want to give to charity please use your own money. Using other peoples' money for charity to other countries and other societies (just to get votes from Muslims) is called misappropriation of other peoples' money.
