Reports indicate that the Israelis are planning a quick 6-Day War scenario for Lebanon.
This time the Israelis want to make sure that the United Nations will strictly enforce United Nations Security Council Resolution 1701 which was passed 18 years ago on 11th August, 2006 as follows : The clauses of the resolution calling for the disarmament of all non-state actors in Lebanon and for the area between the Israel-Lebanon border and the Litani River to be cleared of all armed actors other than the Lebanese army and UNIFIL
